Your Journey With VIDDA
1. Initial Enquiry
We begin by listening. We’ll schedule a consultation via Zoom or phone to understand your vision, priorities, and event details.
2. Proposal & Package Selection
After our initial call, you’ll receive a tailored proposal with a service package recommendation based on your needs.
3. Quote Confirmation & Booking Fee
To secure your date, a formal quote and agreement will be issued. $500 - $1,000 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking.
4. Planning Begins
Once booked, you’ll receive:
- A planning timeline and checklist
- Access to unlimited digital consultations
We’ll begin styling development, vendor sourcing, and booking key milestones.
5. Final Details & The Day
Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event. We will finalise your run sheet, liaise with all vendors, and manage all styling and logistics on the day.
